Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of cold water, milk, juice or any other beverage of your choice. Shake or stir slowly to avoid excessive foaming. Try adding more or less water to adjust sweetness. Increase serving size for higher protein content. Suggested use before, during and after your workouts.
