How will my order be delivered?
All orders placed on maxmuscle.com are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping times are estimates provided by UPS or USPS and cannot be guaranteed by Max Muscle Nutrition. Factors like adverse weather conditions, worker shortages, and supply chain issues may lead to shipping delays. UPS and USPS does everything in their power to avoid this, but if it does happen your tracking information will reflect any changes in delivery times.
How do I check my order status?
Sign in to your Max Muscle Nutrition account and select My Orders. Here you will see the status of your order. To check the shipping status, use the UPS tracking number provided in your fulfillment confirmation email.
Where do you ship?
Orders placed on maxmuscle.com can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Note: Free shipping offers are valid only for the contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puetro Rica, etc.
When to Expect Your Order
At Max Muscle, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. Our estimated shipping time is around 3-5 business days, depending on the destination of your order. To provide you with the best service possible, our team processes orders during our shipping hours, which are from 8 AM to 3 PM CST. Please note that any orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped out on the following business day.

Can't Find Your Order?
We are very sorry you are having trouble finding your package and we are committed to finding a solution for you. We ask that you check with your neighbors and the surrounding area regarding your package. Our carrier service, UPS or USPS does attempt to shield packages from street view to help protect against theft, so some customers have found the package off to the side of their doorstep or in some cases near side doors.
If you are still unable to find your order, then we can file a claim and open an investigation with UPS or USPS. Once a claim is filed with UPS or USPS, the investigation will take several days to complete, so we do appreciate your patience. Note: Filing a claim does not guarantee that we will be able to provide a reshipment or refund. Our resolution will be based on the findings of the carrier once they have completed the investigation.
Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
At Max Muscle Nutrition, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. To ensure product integrity, customer safety, and compliance with federal standards, please review our official return and refund policy below.
1. General Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased directly from maxmuscle.com, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product meets our eligibility requirements.
Refunds or exchanges are only available for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Opened or Used Products
For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with FDA guidelines, we are unable to accept returns. Per our policy we will not issue refunds for any opened or used products.
Once a product seal has been broken or the contents have been consumed, the item cannot be returned, restocked, or resold. This policy protects all customers by ensuring every supplement we ship is new, untampered, and safe for consumption.
Opened or partially used items do not qualify for:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Store credit
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
- Products that have been opened or used, even once
- Products not purchased directly from maxmuscle.com
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Orders beyond 30 days from the purchase date
- Situations involving taste preference, dietary incompatibility, or personal dislike after use
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We may request photos or other details to verify the issue before issuing a replacement or refund for unopened items.
5. Refund Process
Once a return has been approved and received at our facility:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping, handling, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
