United StatesMy quality of sleep goes through ups & downs, generally for a few weeks at a time. Prior to trying this I was in a terrible pattern of about two weeks of terrible sleep...which is the reason I tried this. I’ve now used almost an entire bottle and have literally had the best sleep I’ve had in years. Because my sleep goes in patterns of good to bad I can’t say 100% that this is the reason for it, but three things make me think it is. 1/ I slept great the very first night I took it, and 2/ I’m falling asleep much quicker than I normally do even when I’m sleeping well, and 3/ I’m sleeping all through the night, every single night. For me to fall asleep fast is never normal, and to not be waking up at all during the night???!! Not even after a dream, not to go to the bathroom, not because of outside noise or my dog waking me up. For me, that’s all insane and I’m praying this continues. I’m going to keep taking it and see how it goes, but after two incredibly consistent weeks of sleep I’m almost totally convinced. Two more weeks of this and I’ll know for sure. Anyway, I’m pretty sure it’s helping me a ton, worth a try for anyone with sleep issues. Fwiw, this is a real review by a real user telling my real story.
